Also has: heavy duty door, all stainless-steel exterior and interior cooking compartment, powerful side mounted blower with two speed motor and pulse control, and five pan racks standard. Plus, the Non-Heated Staging Cabinet has 4-pan capacity, and the Proofing Cabinet has 1.55-kW electric heated, single door unit, with: temperature and humidity controls, field reversible, full view tempered glass door with magnetic seal, 3” pan support spacing, interior air circulation system and water pan.
